1. Introduction

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the course complies with this Agreement and any applicable laws. Caelum Opus reserves the right to revoke your access if we determine that you have violated any part of this Agreement.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

None of the materials sold by Caelum Opus Quality Consulting guarantee any sort of result to the user/purchaser. There is no guarantee that by purchasing these materials, the purchaser will be entitled to specific results following an audit.

10. Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
